Hi all, I meant to put up a few pics from last week on Friday. FYI, we got 2.5" of rain over the weekend out there. Great for turf, to bad we don't have any!!!

New flags!

We got some new flags for our entrance on St Johns Rd, which will be the "back" gate once the park is open. Its been a busy week, instead of bombarding everyone with a ton of photos I thought I would just put up the one today. Some of things that happened this week: Most of the baseball fields area are basically to sub-grade, storm sewer drain lines are still going in, West Park Rd construction began, Dist. 2 Hardin County water line being put in, topsoil was moved and being re-spread on some lawn areas, championship fields area almost to grade, dirt is being moved down to soccer field area near Billy Creek, drainage detention area being established on creekside of soccer fields. I'm sure I forgot something, always a lot going on at the Sports Park!

We also received the bulk of the design drawings for the remaining construction of the park, these included field specs, building structures, etc, etc. It was 155 pages of drawings which was about 20 lbs rolled up! Along with that came two different spec books that are as thick as most Steven King novels. This should keep us all busy for a while...

Have a great Labor Day weekend!
