Well the mass dirt work is getting really close and ready for the next phases of construction to begin. Utilities are still being installed as well. We will be soon be bidding out the road and parking lots as well as re-spreading the topsoil on the fields. Soon after that, we will be getting the bulk of the remaining construction out to bid.
